I do not see a patient
A patient is visible to the doctor when the consultation is assigned to them or the doctor is connected to it as an assistant.

Check surname spelling, clear search, and switch the list between Current / Archive. Search by part of the surname if you are not sure about spelling.
If the consultation is completed, it will be in the archive. If the consultation was created in advance and is still waiting for patient activation, it may not appear in the doctor's current list.
If the patient was transferred to another doctor or you are not connected as an assistant, the patient will not appear in the list either. Before contacting the clinic, check which email you used to log in: access is tied to a specific doctor account.
If you work as a doctor assistant, the consultation appears in the general list with the Consilium with... label. Search for the patient in current and archived consultations the same way as for your main consultations.
If the patient recently activated access, refresh the page and repeat search without extra filters. Sometimes the doctor searches for a patient in a new consultation period while an old archived record is open, or the other way around.
If the patient still cannot be found, contact the clinic employee who manages consultations and access. Send the patient's full name, consultation number or invitation contact, and the doctor email used for login. Also write whether you searched in current and archived consultations.
If the patient was found but it is unclear why they were lower in the list, check sorting and badges: how to find a patient.
