How do I write to the clinic administrator?

The administrator chat is for organizational questions: patient access, consultation extension, monitoring settings, documents, schedule, or data errors.

How do I open the chat?

Open the Doctors tab and select Administrator chat. Administrators of your clinic who have access to internal chats will see the message.

What should I write?

Write only what is needed for consultation work: patient full name, consultation number, what needs to be changed, and why. Medical questions about the patient are better discussed in the patient chat or with a doctor assistant if they are connected to the consultation.
