How do I write to another doctor?

An internal chat with a doctor is available if the other doctor has been added to your clinic and their account is activated. Patients do not see this chat.

How do I find a doctor?

Open the Doctors tab in the chat list. It shows doctors from your clinic, the administrator chat, and the announcement channel.

How do I send a message?

Select the doctor, write a message, and click Send. You can attach a file, image, or reply to a specific message.

If the doctor is not in the list

Check that the doctor has been added to the same clinic and has activated the Medsenger account. If the doctor registered recently, refresh the page.
