How do I send a notification to all doctors?

For messages to all doctors, use the Announcements for doctors channel. This is not a patient mailing: patients do not see these messages.

How do I send an announcement?

Go to Chats -> Doctors, select Announcements for doctors, write the message, and click Send.

When should this channel be used?

The channel is suitable for work rules, schedule, technical notices, and general instructions. If the question concerns one doctor, use chat with a doctor.
