How do I write to a doctor?
An internal chat helps resolve an organizational question with a doctor without going to a specific patient chat. The doctor must be added to the clinic and activate the Medsenger account.
How do I open a chat with a doctor?
Go to Chats -> Doctors and select the needed doctor. If the doctor is not shown, check their status in Doctors.
How do I send a message?
Write the text, attach a file if needed, and click Send. The doctor will receive a notification about a new internal message.
