If the clinic needs to clarify details before opening a consultation, it may open a chat for your online request. The link is sent to the email address you entered in the request form.

How do I open the chat?

Open the clinic email and click Open request chat. The link is valid for a limited time and works while the request is waiting for review.

What can I send?

Write a question or answer the clinic's clarification. If needed, attach a file: a discharge summary, test result, report, or photo of a document.

When does the chat close?

The chat closes after the clinic confirms or declines the request. If the consultation is confirmed, further communication continues in Medsenger in the chat with the doctor.
