Where do I find a completed consultation?
When a consultation ends, it moves from Current to Archived. The conversation, shared files, and monitoring results remain available.
How do I open the archive?
- Open Medsenger.
- Select Archived above the doctor list.
- Select the consultation you need.
If several consultations are listed, check the doctor, clinic, and dates.
Can the doctor reply after the consultation ends?
If you sent a message before the consultation ended and it is still unanswered, the doctor can reply after the conversation moves to the archive.
You cannot start a new conversation in a completed consultation. Contact the clinic if you need further care: they can open a new consultation or restore access to the previous one.
