Where should I ask for help?
If something does not work, first define the type of question. Medical questions are best sent to the doctor in the chat, access and booking questions to the clinic by phone or email, and Medsenger technical issues to support.
To the doctor in the chat
Write to the doctor in the chat if the question is about treatment, well-being, medications, examinations, results, questionnaires, or how to complete an assignment.

Important: if the issue is urgent and requires immediate help, do not wait for an answer in Medsenger. Contact emergency services or use the channels recommended by the clinic.
To the clinic by phone or email
Contact the clinic if you need to open, extend, or find a consultation, change email or phone, resend an invitation, or clarify the status of an online request, payment, appointment, or service terms.

In your request, specify the patient's full name, login email, doctor or service name, what exactly does not work, and when the problem appeared. Do not send passwords or codes from emails.
To Medsenger support
Write to support if the issue looks like a technical problem: the site or app does not open, a button does not click, a file is not sent after checking the format, the video service shows an error, or app notifications do not arrive after checking permissions.

Describe the device, browser or app, approximate time of the error, and attach a screenshot. If the question is about an assignment, treatment, consultation access, or payment, support may ask you to contact the clinic.
