A message or file is not sent

A message may fail to send because of an unstable internet connection. A file is additionally checked by size, format, extension, content, and security.

If an error appears after sending, remove the file from the message field, check its size and format, then attach it again.

Check the internet connection and try sending again. If the issue is with a file, make sure it opens on your device, is not too large, and has a common format: pdf, jpg, png, docx, or similar. Detailed limits are described in how to communicate with the doctor.
