How do I complete an education course?

Your clinic may send lessons about your condition, treatment, preparation for a procedure, or recovery. Materials and questions arrive in sequence according to the course plan.

How do I open a lesson?

Find the course message in the chat and select the button below it. The label depends on the step, for example Open material or Answer questions.

How do I complete a course task?

Read the material and answer the questions. Some lessons only ask you to confirm that you have read the material; others ask you to select one or more answers.

Select Answer after choosing an option. If you close the window, you can reopen the task from the same chat message.

What happens after I answer?

Medsenger shows the result or marks the lesson as complete. The next lesson may open immediately or arrive later according to the schedule.

Send a regular chat message to your doctor if the question is about your treatment or current condition.
