ECG monitor "Serdechko"

Integration with the ECG monitor "Serdechko" is used so the doctor receives measurement results in Medsenger without the patient manually forwarding files.

If this option is not available in your clinic, contact the employee responsible for Medsenger settings or Medsenger support.

Contract with connected monitoring

When to use

Use the device in programs where the doctor needs to receive ECG remotely or regularly request measurements from the patient.

Before giving the device to the patient, make sure the clinic understands who instructs the patient and checks the first measurements.

How it works

  1. A scenario with ECG support is connected to the consultation.
  2. The patient receives an instruction and a link to the ECG Mob app.
  3. The patient takes a measurement with the device.
  4. The result goes to the doctor in the chat.
  5. If measurement request is enabled, the doctor can ask the patient to take an ECG directly from the chat.

What the patient sees

The patient sees instructions, app link, and measurement requests from the doctor. After measurement, the result is sent to Medsenger automatically if the device and app are configured correctly.

What the doctor sees

The doctor receives the result in the patient chat. If the scenario supports ECG request, the corresponding button appears in the right chat panel.

What the administrator should check

  • scenario is connected to the needed consultation;
  • patient received the instruction;
  • device is linked to the correct patient;
  • test ECG record appeared in the doctor's chat;
  • file or visualization opens;
  • if data should enter the medical record, it appears in the correct category.

If data does not arrive

Check patient, device, ECG Mob app, and data transfer method. If the doctor does not see the ECG request button, check consultation scenario and doctor's permission for this action.

Do not use one device for several patients without relinking: results may go to the wrong consultation.
